Santos wins opening derby
The match, valid for the first round, took place on Wednesday in Taubaté; Santos won 1-0 and will play again today against Harrisburg, from the United States
In a São Paulo derby, Santos beat Corinthians 1-0 in the early afternoon of Wednesday, 1, in the Fut7 Club World Cup held in Taubaté, in the interior of São Paulo. The match marked the opening of the first round of the championship.

The Santos team's goal came shortly after the whistle blew. In the fourth minute, striker Jé tried a first-time shot, but it was stopped by Diego. On the rebound, the player himself put the ball high into the right corner and gave the Corinthians goalkeeper no chance.
The Santos team held on well and didn't give the Corinthians team a chance to react.
In the second round, on Thursday 2nd, Santos face Harrisburg, from the United States, at 11am and Corinthians face Getafe, from Spain, on the same day, at 1pm.
Four Brazilian clubs are in contention: Corinthians, Flamengo, Santos and Taubaté-SP. Getafe-ESP, La Coruña-ESP, Harrisburg-USA and Tokyo-JAP are also taking part.
