Next round matches to be decided on Friday (20/11)

There were no surprises in the results of the matches that marked the 2nd round of the Final Stage of the Brazilian Beach Soccer Championship 2020. With gala performances from their star players, Anchieta, Vasco da Gama, Sampaio Corrêa and Flamengo defeated their opponents and secured their place in the semi-finals. The four clubs will now decide between themselves who will be the first and second-placed teams in each group for the semi-finals.
Sampaio Corrêa-MA 6-3 Murici-AL
Opening the day, Sampaio Corrêa played the most tightly contested match of the 2nd round of the Final Stage of the Brazilian Beach Soccer Championship 2020. The tough Murici team sold their 6-3 defeat dearly to the team from Maranhão, who once again used the strength of their team to overcome their opponents. The three points secured Bolivia Querida a place in the semi-finals of the competition.
Goals Sampaio Corrêa-MA: Datinha (2), Edinho, Alisson, Denner and Gerlan.
Murici-AL goals: Juninho Alagoano (2) and Anderson.
Confiança-SE 2 - 8 Anchieta-ES
Anchieta gave Confiança no chance of pulling off a surprise in the second game of the day. With a consistent volume of play, the team from Espírito Santo dominated all the action in the match and emerged victorious with an elastic 8-2 scoreline. The Portuguese-Brazilian brothers Bê and Léo Martins, and the young Brendo were the team's highlights, with two goals each. On the Confiança side, the team's name was Miguel, scorer of both Dragão goals. The result qualified the Espírito Santo team for the semi-finals of the competition with one round to spare.

Flamengo-RJ 11-4 Luziânia-DF
With a show from young Alejandro, Flamengo beat Luziânia 11-4 to book their place in the semi-finals of the Final Stage of the 2020 Brazilian Beach Soccer Championship. The red-black No. 7, who is one of the great talents of the new generation of Brazilian beach soccer, scored four times and led another gala performance by the team from Rio de Janeiro. In the final round, Mengão will face Sampaio Corrêa in the race for first place in group D.
Goals Flamengo-RJ: Alejandro (4), Rodrigo (2), Llorenc? (2), Filipe, Paulo Henrique and Thanger.
Goals Luzia?nia-DF: Luis Henrique (3) and Two.
Vasco da Gama-RJ 10-2 América-RN
The rain that fell in Barra's Olympic Park in the late afternoon didn't put a damper on Vasco da Gama's performance against América-RN. Paced by their star player Mauricinho, who scored 3 goals, the Trem Bala da Areia beat the team from Rio Grande do Norte 10-2, confirming their favoritism in the group for one of the semi-final spots in the Final Stage of the 2020 Brazilian Beach Soccer Championship. It will be decided who tops Group C this Friday, November 20, when Cruzmaltino face Anchieta at 16:15, in the final match of the qualifying phase.
Goals Vasco da Gama-RJ: Mauricinho (3), Catarino (2), Lucão (2), Rafa Padilha, Bokinha and Betinho.
América-RN goals: Edson Hulk and Pedrinho.
The competition continues on Friday 20/11 with the third and final round of qualifying matches.
